The loan conditions are noted and are considered as agreed!
• The transfer of bicycles to third parties, not named persons, is not allowed.
• The bicycles are handed over in a proper, operational and safe condition after a test drive. The use is at your own risk. Helmets are loaned and compulsory to wear while driving.
Occurring techn. Defects must be reported immediately.
• The rental price acc. Rental price list 2019 will be paid by cash or ec card. The price is per rental for a guided tour.
• E-bike with a pedal assist up to 25 km / h and a max. auxiliary drive of 250 watts equated to a bicycle! Adjust the speed, be sure to observe the double braking distance, plan the overrun after
braking!
• Technology E-Bike Brakes: No coaster brake available. Always use both hand brakes whenever possible!

With support (level 1 - 4), the usual average driving speed increases by about 5 km / h. Here, increased attention is required. Crucial is the route profile (length / altitude), then the weight of the load (driver and luggage), the selected support level and the potential headwind as well as the driving style of importance.
Examples: 1. Sporting tour (always faster than 20 km / h) with no wind and with a payload of 100 kg; changing route profile with 5km increase at 5% (level 3); 4 km increase at 5-10% (level 4), in the level at level 2 results in about 40 km range.
2. Quiet
round trip (10 - 15 km / h) with no wind and with payload of 60 kg; mostly even to flat wave, some small climbs, step selection as in example 1 is enough for 50 to 60 km
Rental conditions for e-bikes Coyma Sunride
I. The e-bike and its use
1. By
borrowing the rented e-bike, the borrower acknowledges that it is in a traffic-safe, roadworthy, defect-free and clean state with all its accessories.
II. Obligations of the lender
1. The borrower undertakes to treat the e-bike with care and in compliance with the technical rules and to store it only in a safe place and in a locked state.
2. The
borrower undertakes to inform the Coyma Sunride representative when the e-bike is returned during the rental period.
III. repair
If a repair is necessary, the lender bears the costs, if the damage is based neither on improper treatment by the borrower nor on his fault. The borrower is responsible for the latter
circumstances.
IV. Accident / Theft
The borrower is obliged to notify the lender immediately if the e-bike has been involved in an accident or has been lost due to theft. In the event of an accident, the borrower must provide the
lender with a detailed, written report, accompanied by a sketch. The report of the accident must, in particular, contain the name and address of the persons involved and any witnesses, as well as
the registration numbers of the vehicles involved. In the event of theft, the borrower is obliged to file a complaint with the police and send a copy to the borrower.
V.
Liability
1. Damage to a rental bike or additional equipment is to be reimbursed by the borrower on the basis of the actual repair costs or replacement costs, without prejudice to any insurance bills.
2. In the
event of damage caused by falls due to disregard of instructions given by Coyma Sunride tour guides, the borrower shall be liable for culpable damage to the bicycle and for breach of its
contractual obligations. He then has to replace the damage costs.
3. Insofar
as a third party replaces the lender with the damage, the hirer shall be released from his obligation to pay compensation
4. The
borrower is responsible for the entire rental period for the e-bikes and the additional equipment.
VI.
final
1.
Additional agreements have not been concluded. Amendments and supplements to the contract must be in writing. This also applies to this written form clause.
2. Should any of the loan conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
